Condolence & Memory Journal

Grant,
Sing and I send you our condolences and love. Betsy was always a delight to find at company gatherings and musical events. We will miss her but we hope to see you again soon.

Grant,
I am so sad to hear of Betsy's passing. What a sweet and wonderful person! I'm sure I can speak for every member and friend of our Transportation Research Board committee who had the pleasure of meeting Betsy that their day was brightened by being in her presence. May she rest in peace, and may you find solace in the depth of the love you were privileged to share.

Betsy was one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She always had a smile. I loved that my harp was always right next to her piano in the Concord Orchestra. We gave each other moral support for years. I shall miss her greatly.

Dear Grant,
You and Betsy were so wonderful giving our family support in many ways. You both were especially good helping Johnny. We will miss Betsy.

Very sorry for the loss of Betsy, she was a lovely woman. In the late 1970s, when I was in my teen years, Grant & Betsy were instrumental in giving me a solid knowledge, and above all, a lifelong love of classical music. I learned so much from them, and am forever grateful. In fact, as a result, I did choose a career in music, attended Juilliard and now play professionally in the Pacific Northwest with the Northwest Sinfonietta & Symphony Tacoma. With Grant's work ethic, knowledge, encouragement & good humor and Betsy's patience and caring nature - they meant the world to me!
