Justin..Thinking of you and your family at such a sad time. Your dad was always so kind to me and I always looked forward to sending him a little note in hopes it would make his day a little brighter.

Justin, I am so sorry for the loss of your father. He was always so kind to me and I will miss him a lot. I've had a lot of landlords in my 48 years in that building, but Jim was my favorite. I considered him a friend as did many of the other tenants. When I think of him I think of his huge grin and ring of keys that must have had 200 keys on it! May all of your happy memories sustain you at this sad time. I am having trouble getting any work coverage for the service, but if there is any way I can make it, I will.

I am very thankful to have had the chance to meet you - Schimmi - almost twenty years ago, we became friends from day one! You have been a very smart, strong, and powerful man with always the right judgment; 80/20 - I learned a lot! Funny until the end with a smile in his face, understanding my jokes! My prayers are with you, Justin, Meghan and the entire family! Miss ya! Arnie from W-Concord!

May the God who "binds up the brokenhearted" and "comforts all who mourn," strengthen you during this difficult time. Isaiah 61:1, 2. May you hold love and treasured memories close to your heart. God has heard your prayers and has seen your tears (2Kings 20:5). Offering my deepest condolencesGb

A good, kind, decent and generous gentleman. For nearly forty years, Jim befriended me and for the pass 22 years graciously supported my annual fundraising for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. His gracious presence will be missed. And may he Rest In Peace.

Jimbo and I have been friends for 41 years. Played ridiculously competitive racquetball against each other in the '80's and '90's, always followed by dinner and "several" beers, great bs sessions of comparing life lessons. Great friend, I will miss him terribly.
